Mountain Bike Fork Pressure Question?

I am thinking about buying a Cannondale Super V Raven 700. First I would like to know the recommnded pressure for the fork system, I am about 175lbs. I would also know the recommended value of this bike, it not used much, in exceptional shape, i believe it is a 2000.

I am beginning to get into biking down here in Tampa.

The Raven Super V's had swingarm problems, it continued through the Jekylls (I had a 2003 Jekyll that had a swingarm crack), so inspect the swingarm for cracks especially at the inside of the cross brace. 2nd owners don't get any coverage on the lifetime frame warranty...

Owners manual link to the 700SX shows that it had a lefty not a headshock...
