I'm looking at buying an old cannondale Raven medium frame. I have a Cdale Super-V now in large frame size and fit pretty well at 5' 11". Just wondering if anyone would know if I'd fit on the med frame Raven size ok. It is a similar shape bike but not sure how much smaller the med is...
I would think not. I am 5'8 w/ a inseam of 30 and I ride a medium Rush. I think you would be maxing your seatpost and dont want it to snap or anything. If you were more torso and had shorter legs I think you could get away with it.

Looking for a lil help from someone who knows this bike. The bike is a 1999 Cannondale Raven 700 S with Fatty Head Front shock. Well the shock system is shot and I need to replace it, the problem is it needs a conversion kit and the size is not normal. can I get someone to recommend me some replacement front fork system?

'99 Cannondale Raven700 21" frame--How much is it worth?
The bike's front wheel needs replaced. It is very bent. The seat post has been shortened, and needs replaced. The glide bar needs replaced as well. What should I pay for this thing? Seller is asking $700.
I'd pass it up and look for a different frame. If you're planning on using it for downhill or anything rough, I wouldn't trust a 9 year old frame with your health and safety. That's WAY too much for that frame/bike in particular, but in the bigger picture I'd recommend that you pass it up. If you're set on buying it, first make sure that Cannondale even has the replacement linkage available and what the cost will be. Considering the age, bad wheel and frame parts, I wouldn't give more than $250 for it period, but then again I personally wouldn't touch that deal with a 10 foot pole.

It looks like a nice bike. He said it was a cannondale, but it doesn't have any logos or anything saying it's a cannondale. He's selling it for $145.00. Is this a good price? I just don't want to end up buying it thinking it's a cannondale and it's some random no-name bike. Also, I was thinking of getting a Peugeot, a yellow one, it's a vintage px-10 I think it's called.
