what is the best hub to put on a cannondale lefty?

i'm up grading my rush's wheelset, initially I was going to put some mavic crossmax slr's on it, but after reading reviews and know the wait time to get a pair (if at all) I have decided to build my own wheel sets. i am going either with some dt swiss xr series rims or some notubes, but the question I have is what options do I have for a high performance/race front hub?

You have very few options.
The factory Cannondale hubs could be rebuilt with different spokes and rim. Shimano now offers an XTR wheel in a lefty version. I've had stock, Mavic SL and the XTR wheels. Stock wheels are heavy, the SLRs are nice but the XTRs I have on my Scalpel are quite impressive but in all fairness, I am on the mid to light weight side and I ride XC. No big hits or drops.

I hate to look like an ebay junkie but there's a little of everything there right now. There's a set of Stan's wheels and even a set of Reynolds with carbon rims.

How can i change the forks on my Cannondale Jekyll? HELP!!!!!?

How can i change the forks on my Cannondale Jekyll 800. I currently have the Lefty DLR on it, but i have some Rock Shox Pikes that i want to put on it. The headtube is 1.5inches and the new forks are 1 1/8. Also the hub is different. Most importantly i can't take off the lefty!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

There is likely a company that makes an adapter. Cannondale might even make one since some models come with standard forks. Also search for a product from "Problem Solvers".
There are different models of Lefty fork that disassemble differently. The newest model has two pinchbolts on the center section that you loosen allowing the steerer tube to slide down (after removing the wheel). The fork tube is bonded to the clamps and is not removable. I had the older type but am fuzzy on how it comes off. I think you unbolt the cap on top of the fork tube, loosen the pinch bolts and the fork tube slides down. I think the top part of the clamp has a pinch bolt to remove them the steerer/bottom clamp slides down.
You'll need a new wheel.
